Professionalism and courtesy at it's best. These guys are super helpful. Even though I I was able to avail only 1 hour of complimentary diagnostic. They were professional and courteous throughout the process.
Out of 3 the dallas area Audi dealerships I've brought my vehicle into for service, this is the only one thay bothered to clean and vacuum my car. My service advisor was also incredibly professional and helpful.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Yes, I sure do. I want to thank the Director of Service for giving a directive to resolve the coolant issue and pressure testing/ full car health diagnosis fully and fairly. Unfortumately, the issue WAS NOT resolved and was met with sarcasm and fecklessness after he left the office. Supposedly no coolant leak was found with the pressure test and so they just topped it off. I park the car and had air-travel for a week and a half . I return to find LOW COOLANT - AGAIN.
