My first service experience at Audi Dallas was great. Obrayan Nunez in Service was personable, communicative, and the process went both smoothly and swiftly. I was back in my vehicle in no time and I was very pleased with the service that I received. I expected it to be an all day experience based upon my interactions with past dealerships and this was nothing of the sort. Great job Obrayan and Audi Dallas.
