Less than satisfactory, less than efficient experience with Audi Dallas. My experience with Audi, in general, has been a mixed bag - of course, they treat you well when you are purchasing a vehicle, but everything after is what you need to be aware of as an owner of an Audi vehicle. Always horrible service every time I come in! I am always quoted one thing and then charged another, and when I try to fight it, I am engaged in a heated argument! However, as a business you would think they would stand by their statements and create a comfortable atmosphere for customers - they don't!
