My only good experience at this location was that they were quick to get me a loaner car, which was part of my extended warranty package. Other than that, there were problems with both this dealership, and the “Audi Care” inspector. First, for initially overcharging me until I rebutted the amount. Secondly, for misdiagnosing a “water damaged” mirror sensor at a 3k cost when it was actually a spliced wire which cost me 1/10 that amount to fix.
