Tyler assisted with a flat tire near closing time. Getting us back on the road quickly. His willingness to help out at the end of the day without an appointment was greatly appreciated. Carissa and Brent have been advisors with our scheduled service visits. They are always knowledgeable and communicate in a timely effective manner.
I scheduled appointment for four new tires was assured that will be covered under my warranty. Had the work completed just to find out I had to pay the full price no discount or sympathy from the consultant due to the false information given my another consultant just disappointed for misleading information with no resolution
