I came to Audi Columbus to get my car looked, as a second opinion, because my experience at Audi Dublin was terrible. My service advisor, Brandon L., was great. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, and made sure I received all the necessary information from the inspection. I don’t live close to the Audi Columbus dealership, but will only go there from now on.
