Hunter saved the day for me and turned this experience around. Initially, the person I spoke with wasn’t very helpful when I stopped in and looked at a few cars. They didn’t have what I was looking for and I kind of felt like I got pushed out the door instead of trying to recommend some options based on what was available. I called the parts department several times and was put on hold and hung up on. Customer service is a big deal to me. I will never buy another Audi again.
