I wanted to put in a good word for Ellis and Mike who did the service on my RS e-tron. This is the first time I have not driven a Lexus in 30 years and I am used to excellent service. Where do I start? I was interested in the RS3 for a while, but due to the deceptive practices of the dealership I was working with, I didn't get the car. I was referred to another dealership - Audi Chantilly, they were great, but because Audi decided to do an allocation of the model this year, I was unable to order through them since they were only getting 2 and I was number 3 on the list.
