Just purchased our second Audi. Thira was lovely and so very helpful. We have had the best experience with Audi over the last four years. The team at Osbourne Park have always been so great to deal with.
Worst service team. Not just one individual, but the entire team. I have been dealing with Audi service centres since purchasing my Audi in 2020. Every time I spoke with the service team over the phone, they were unhelpful and blunt, and I genuinely felt as though I was disturbing their time when I contacted them.
