Recently sent my Q3 for its 60k major service, very impressed with the level of service provided and the price was reasonable and comparable to external specialists. I did my research on the pricing before trusting Audi with my car. Return Uber was also provided. Service Rep was also very knowledgeable on the mechanical aspects of the car. We cannot fault the service received from Audi’s demo and used car area. From the first meeting Harsh was exceptional; he was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and respectful.
