Great experience and an even greater car (RS3). A lot to learn coming from an I30N manual, but Alex B and the team were so professional, patient and accommodating that I couldn't find a single fault in the service, in fact they did far more than I ever expected. Highly recommended.

Star for the great service on tea and coffee. Great barista! Wish could say the same for the car service. Gave me the wrong info on the phone, then tried to twist my arm to accept their crass deal. I left with the aim to never use their service again. And I used to like Audis. Slow claps fellas. Well done. BMW and Mercs are on the horizon.
I can not fault their sales department, purchasing the car is easy, and well done. Their car servicing department? You should avoid at all costs. My experience is that its essentially a scam, to extract money from those with little car knowledge, with outrageous pricing for un-needed work. When confronted about the frivolous "suggested work" the employees seem to get quite embarrassed, even they know its a ploy. Get your car serviced elsewhere, you'll get better workmanship, and truthful answers.
From entering the dealership, to leaving with my new car, the customer service and communication via Harsh was spot on. One of the best dealerships Ive dealt with.
