I picked up my Q4 e-tron car from Kane on Sunday and he went above and beyond. I drove quite a distance to pick up the car and he went to a lot of effort to make the experience special with all the fan fare - the bow, the gifts and the merchandise. He was so easy to deal with and ensured that the deal went through and all the paperwork was correct. He was authentic and personable and values building relationships with his clients. The service has gone down hill a little….. but still better than most dealerships out there.
My wife and I recently bought the new Q5 from Audi Centre Parramatta. They had a fantastic selection of stock to choose from. Frank and his team were excellent to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy an Audi to visit them. This is our first Audi, so we very excited!!!!
If you want to spend more money to enjoy bad service, then this place is your best choice. I will never come back to this place again!! Very terrible customer service!! They will not tell you the cooling period when you signed the contract. And if you want to get the deposit back, they will just tell you : we have very professional lawyers. Disgusting.
