Credit to Mel and the service team at Orange Audi Centre. After a few initial hiccups thanks to technology Mel was able to accomodate us without any fuss for our first service with our new Audi. She went above and beyond to make sure the simple things were covered that made a massive difference to our day. Thank you , we look forward to seeing you again.

The service team absolutely go above and beyond. Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and on top of fixing our mechanical issue for an incredibly reasonable price, our car was cleaned (immaculately) and also our door had been realigned - such a wonderful surprise. Again, above and beyond!!
