The service team absolutely go above and beyond. Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and on top of fixing our mechanical issue for an incredibly reasonable price, our car was cleaned (immaculately) and also our door had been realigned - such a wonderful surprise. Again, above and beyond!!
The staff at the audi centre were very helpful and welcoming. They were kind with warm smiles all around. I felt valued and very happy to be around such lovely people. I appreciate their efficient and detailed assistance. They went above and beyond in ensuring my car was in better condition than what it was when I came in. Thank you for all your help. Will definitely be coming back for future services.
What a great team in Orange! Sharon is always a delight on reception and booking in for service and they are always excellent in their communication and second time now that I’ve picked up and they have also cleaned my car - what a bonus! Totally recommend.
