I attended Audi Mosman with my daughter to collect her first car…something she worked hard for and should have been a proud, memorable moment. Instead, it was one of the most disappointing and disrespectful customer experiences I’ve witnessed. My daughter is an Audi employee and previously worked at this dealership for over a year, leaving on good terms. Despite that, she was treated as though she didn’t matter at all.
