It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Albert in purchasing my new Q3.
I’m disappointed with customer service. I have called three times with concerns about my car and asked for a call back from the service team, and have never got a call back. I have spoken to the secretary explaining the problem and asked to flag my concern so someone can call back because they never answer their phones and still no call. Also I’ve waiting longer than 20 min before anyone even answers. This is not how you should be treating your customers who spend a lot of money on your expensive cars!
HQ quoted $550/hour on top of the regular service simply to investigate a concern I raised with my used Audi Q3. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. 0 stars for HQ. I did find that the local people in the Doncaster service dept are eager to help, and will resolve your problem when approached directly. 4 stars for the local team. Average of 2 stars then. But HQ has lost my business forever.

Good dealership. Great Service. Went there to look at Audi RS3 2025, and Paul Gugliotti was fantastic and very professional. He was a careful listener, arranged a test drive on time, listened to our feedback and acted accordingly. If you are thinking of buying Audi, just look out for Paul at Audi Doncaster.
