Had an exceptional experience purchasing two Audis today. The best part of this whole experience (apart from the phenomenal cars) was dealing with Connor Evans & Zee. Such down to earth, easy going men who made the day long experience an absolute joy to conduct this transaction with. We drove from Gold Coast to see a demo car for sale , ended up falling in love with 2 other brand new cars. The drive was worth it just to do our car purchasing experience with Connor Evans & Zee.
After replacing a battery in our "new to us" Q3, every warning light on the dash was lit up. Apparently a new battery needs to be calibrated... Anyway, after a rocky start (I misheard something that was said) the folks at Audi calibrated the battery and cleared all the warning lights. I'm relieved, as I was expecting the worst, so I want to say a big "thank you" to their service team. Much appreciated 👍
Great sales experience with the team from start to finish. Ethan, Georgia, Zee in particular were excellent walking me through everything and we had it all done before the day was out. Jack has fostered a great team - if you’re in the market for an Audi, definitely give these guys a shout.
12 October 2026 - poped in for a servcie and Rebecca (Rebekah) was great - friendly and polite - enthusiastic - great experience when collecting my vehicle - Thank you - Anthony Clark :) Visited the dealership on numerous occasions - Nicholas Grant was approachable, genuine, patient and listened to what we were wanting in a new vehicle. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and repeated displays of frustration during discussions about the ongoing issue with our vehicle have cost Audi our business. The way our situation has been handled is unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed with the level of service we have received from Tim Park and we will not be returning to Audi Brisbane. Save yourself the time and money by taking your business elsewhere.
