1 star is too much. Worst experience I've ever had at any service centre across multiple brands (Cheaper brands). Got completely ignored via email on multiple occasions before the service. My 1 year old A5 had it's dashboard damaged (Refer pic). Dealer principal not interested in acknowledging my complaint, surprise surprise. Had the wheels off to check brake pads during service but then wanted to charge me to do a rotation, c'mon people! So essentially got charged over $600 for an oil change with little to no customer servi... read more
