A wonderful experience from start to finish. Ethan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in, and was efficient at putting a good deal together. His personal touches and simple details really stood out, presenting the car with the chequered flag upon handover etc, setting the car to my preferences on the test drive. Great job mate, I noticed! And a very special thanks to Ashley, and a big shout out to Steve who remembered me from a decade ago!
Have purchased a vehicle through Audi Centre Brisbane and I will very much avoid from this point on. Their service is appalling, they do not stick to contract and their processes are far from professional. Many friends have had a similar experience so ask around before proceeding.
Called these guys 5 times throughout the day to speak with parts department, no one answered, very poor service guys
