I didn't have a booking in the Svc centre but driving out of Melbourne, my SQ7 had a warning light to go into the dealership. Not from the area.. I swung into Berwick Audi Svc centre by chance.. Ash and the service team were super helpful to check the engine system in a timely manner and diagnose.. Didn't have time to even make my coffee..
