RecommendedWe are now on our 4th Audi's. This time we decided to do a full refresh and traded in our 2015 Q7 and 2018 A5 Convertible for a 2020 A5 Sedan and 2021 Q8. Michael in sales was great and we really enjoyed working with him. Mike and the service team have been a pleasure over the last few years as well. AJ came out as we were taking delivery just to say hi. Great place and service.
Talk about top notch customer service! Front door delivery- 130 miles from the dealership! Audi Cape Fear has set the bar high. Not only was the entire process (as a first time car buyer) totally smooth, but FUN! I was so lucky to have Mike Campo walk me through every step. He is so knowledgeable about the Audi product and had an answer to each of my questions (I had a lot). Thank you for getting my beautiful new car to me safe and sound!

My 2016 Audi TT had a safety recall recently. Audi Cape Fear called to see if I was ready for them to do it. It was also time for my annual Service, and they brought me a complimentary loaner ( I live near Myrtle Beach, bout 85 miles away.) Due to the Coronavirus issue the loaner had been thoroughly sanitized, as was my car when it was returned. The entire transaction was effortless for me and was yet another example of their stellar service. Audi Cape Fea is truly the BEST!!

Their attention to detail. They complete the requested work and also do a no charge multi point inspection of vehicle to insure you vehicle leaves the facility like the day you purchased it. Yes they wash the car. I have never had an issue with the service provided👍
