I had a great experience working with Matt Hall at Audi Buffalo. He was patient, responsive, and never made me feel pressured, even while I took my time deciding. He kept me updated throughout the process, helped arrange everything remotely, and made sure the vehicle was delivered to me. I noticed a couple of minor trim issues afterward, and Matt immediately offered to have them taken care of. I really appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely recommend asking for Matt if you’re shopping at Audi Buffalo
Extremely pleased eith every visit for repairs, etc. Staff very courteous and helpful. Explains things clearly and keeps you up to date if you're in the waiting room also has a key drop too to drop car off late and pick up after work.
