The technical part of the service / the actual work performed was satisfactory as far as I could tell. But the pricing seemed to be off the charts. When I questioned the pricing, and requested that they consider using a coupon or two to give me a break, I got an explanation (that was hardly convincing) about their honoring and keeping last year’s pricing for some of the services

The customer service department is knowledgeable, patient & professional. My family & I have purchased eight cars from this specific dealership. My experience with the service staff & manager was excellent 👍. Hands down Bridgewater Audi is one of the best Audi dealerships in NJ.😊
Clean, friendly and quick service. But holy cow. The prices are crazy and trying upsell filters is really annoying. Audi needs a new model
