I purchased a used Jetta from them a few years ago and then traded that in for a 2023 Genesis G70 recently. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional, in spite of being very busy and short-staffed. I love my new(ish) car and I will go back to them when I need to get a new car. I love that their prices ARE the price, so no dickering needs to happen. Highly recommend!
Alternator went out, took vehicle in to get repaired. Paid $1200.00 for repair(expected) Invoice showed i was charged for OEM part along with labor. The day after I picked up my car, warning light came on that alternator was not charging battery. Opened hood, and saw a "refurbished in Mexico" sticker on the side of the "New" alternator. The customer service at this dealership is top-notch. Although it was the Saturday of a 3-day weekend and they were slammed, every employee was friendly and helpful. They got us in and out as smoothly as possible. Some forms got missed, and they had to have me sign them electronically a few days afterwards, but that's fine. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in, and I paid a fair price for my 2023 Genesis G70. This is the 2nd care I've gotten here, and I recommend them to anyone in the market
