I love taking my car to Audi Boulder Service. Always so friendly, prompt, and informational on the services being completed each visit. Highly reccommend.
I live in GJ, CO, 4.5 hours from Audi Boulder. I made an appointment with these people to repair the Adaptive Cruise Control on my 2022 Audi Allroad. Despite reporting three instances of ACC malfunction and showing a fault report of ACC failures from an independent shop, they were unable to repair the problem. This review is more about the integrity of Audi than this particular dealer, as they refused to authorize additional testing to identify the source of the problem. Audi Boulder Service truly saved the day—and my road trip to California! Thank you for the excellent customer Service: Just one day before I was set to hit the road, my Audi’s coolant sensors lit up, warning me to turn off the engine immediately. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. The dealership charged me $250, claiming they fixed the issue. Just a week later, the check engine light came back on. It turned out the car only needed one quart of oil, which cost me $12, and the problem was gone. I feel like the dealership did not provide proper service or value for the $250 I paid. Instead of identifying and resolving the real problem, they just took my money without a real fix. Very disappointed in the experience and do not recommend.
