I found this deal being out of state. I flew in on October 2024. And as part of the purchase, I was given one key for a 100k car albeit being used. I had addons - mandatory Key Replacement Service Contract + Permaplate + Dealer Doc fee which costed 1.5k. I was told to call the Key Replacement Service for a spare key. I called and was told i need to get 2 keys for the service to be viable. Went here after a miserable few experiences at Audi Rochester. What a difference! I was taken in on a short notice, diagnosed the problem within half hour and they ordered the part instead having me leave the car there. Tom promptly contacted me once it arrived and finished the same day. Excellent work and excellent communication!!!
Great service! I have an Audi that I took to a different dealership and got 2 new rear tires. After 2 weeks, one of them was going flat. I took it back to them and they said they couldn't find any leak and told me to go away. I insisted they pull the tire off the rim and remount it. They claimed they did, but either lied to my face, or did it wrong twice since two weeks later, same tire going flat. I figured I'd just get a new tire at Fred Lavery Birmingham Audi. I don’t often use this platform to spread negativity or write bad reviews because I believe grievances should be disputed directly with a business vs publicly. But we tried that and this circumstance needs to be aired. If you are considering purchasing or servicing an Audi at this place I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 SUV still under warranty from Fred Lavery early last year and quickly found their service center is filled with unaccountable liars.
