I live about an hour from Birmingham, on my way to have lunch there I got an alert one of my tires were low. I stopped and filled my tires (not a credit taker, a nice gentleman offered to help and made sure I was fine.) Then the alert went off again, so I was searching for a tire shop. Jim Smyth is the guy to go to for a new Audi. Highly knowledgeable and is very easy to work with. Would recommend him again. Technology department was fantastic too for helping set up my new vehicle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you team
If I could give them zero stars, I would. This dealer intentionally sabotaged our coolant system trying to make extra money off us. Drained our coolant reservoir, snapped the cap off in the reservoir then told us there was a coolant leak. We’ve never had a coolant leak in the years we’ve owned our Audi. It is not a coincidence we get warranty work done and they return our car with the coolant completely empty. Dishonest sleazy car salesman upset they had to perform warranty work. Do not go here.
do not take your car here. we took our car in for a recall and We haven’t had any issues previously. They told us we had a leak and it would be over 1000 to fix. The day after we got our car back there’s an alert saying “coolant leak, turn engine off immediately.” immediate red flag and we’ve never had issues with our car before this. They’re not trustworthy at all and will not be taking our car back here
