They have removed both of my reviews from Google. Extremely disappointing and by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if I could- do not purchase a car from here if you care about customer service. The service department is beyond horrible and has been EVERY time I have needed service. Took a month of me continually calling to learn that my part had been in for a while (they initially told me it would take two days). Tammy Antonucci was the best salesperson for my husband and I. She greeted us at the door very professional and friendly. Tammy spent time answering all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. She was great helping us decide whether leasing, financing or paying cash was the best option for us. My husband and I recently leased two cars at Audi Birmingham.Our previous experience there had not been optimal! This time, however, Tammy Antonucci helped us pick our cars and worked hard and late to secure the package we wanted! We had a great experience working with her. She is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and committed to do the best possible for her clients. She is a delightful addition to the Audi team in Birmingham.
