In speaking with both he and his sales manager, Richard, we came to an agreement on pricing of new unit and my trade value. They provided me with a buyer's order and I promptly gave them a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle. My salesperson was Giovanni. His continued communication was never pressuring. Because he was so easy to get along with, I was convinced to drive from upstate New York, 6 hours, to see the car he had on offer. Had he been the typical car salesman, I would not have come. The deal he and the sales manager offered as well as their transparency on pricing made me feel comfortable buying my car there.
Jimmy was great to work with and I never felt pressured. He was very responsive to my email questions. He had the car ready and detailed when we got there. He stayed over 3 hours after his shift was over to ensure we were satisfied. I am very happy with my new 2025 Audi A5 Sportback! Thank you for helping me purchase my dream car after and unfortunate set of events totaled my last!
