Well trained friendly and courteous staff. I had a pleasure of getting my SUV from Audi Bethesda. Hats off to the management for developing great staff. Everyone was down to earth and welcoming. Something other Audi dealerships in the area can learn. My purchasing process was smooth, quick, and time efficient. Shout out to everyone involved from sales to finance. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Keep the bar high guys!
Test drive a BMW X3 today and walked next door to another dealership and ended up stranded in Audi’s Bethesda parking lot due to them closing. When I reached out to the sales rep Stanley, he was very rude and condescending and said that he would not help us. Would not recommend this dealership as their customer service and professionalism is subpar.
In May 2023, we purchased a CPO Audi e-tron from a gentleman named Tha which another rep, Jacob Jay, closed on. It has been close to two years that we have owned the vehicle. I am now trying to get hold of a sales rep, Brian Wilkens (I believe that's last name?), and I regret to share that he hasn't returned any of my calls with respect to a question about 40k service coverage.
