Very thorough inspection of our A4 with a detailed video. Great work by the service technician and the car was washed and the interior cleaned when I got it.
Recent had EPC code malfunction, putting our 2009 Audi Q5 in "limp mode.. miss firing on 3 cylinders..we had just arrived in Bellingham, traveling from Snohomish area..closest option was Audi dealer..customer service (Haden) was great..tech did a quick scan..said car was missing on 3 cylinders..said they could check it out on Monday..we borrowed car from family to get back home. I get an oil change here for my car and they always provide me with an inspection video which is a plus love the communication.
I was very happy with my car service Friendly helpful agent caught me up on my cars needs, was given a loaner while they worked on it and I came back to a bright and shiny car inside and out, which I very much appreciated. Thank you Sam
