I inquired about a truck a week ago deposits ready and was told the truck was in the shop getting some work done and that I should schedule an appointment for Saturday a week from when I called. I did that they told me the truck would be ready by Friday. They called me Friday said the truck was ready and it would be held for me for my appointment Saturday morning at 10am. Great first time experience overall!
First time customer and my experience was one of frustration and disappointment. October 2024, I scheduled an appt for new tires, 60k maintenance service and alignment with the dealer receptionist was quoted a $100. for pickup and delivery service and was told my car would be pickup at 8:30 AM on the day of the service by the receptionist. On the day of the service when my car was supposed to to be pickup, I get a call at from the service advisor at 9:30 AM stating that they only could offer an EV rental car while my car was... read more
