I bought a 2023 Toyota tundra from Lundgren Audi’s used cars in November 2025. I have since found out that there was an open recall for an engine replacement for this vehicle that the dealership either knew about or should have known existed. (Upon my own research, which obviously should’ve done before buying this vehicle that recall was disclosed as early as the spring of 2024.)They failed to disclose that information and now I will have a vehicle with a replacement engine. Called a few days ago to make an appointment on a truck I had found online. Went in and took a test drive, fell in love and walked out with it not even 2.5 hours later. Suuuuuper easy and our sales person Jim was incredibly responsive and understanding of my concerns and little things on the truck. He was incredibly easy going and made the process so smooth.
