I can't recommend this service center to anyone. Went to get a trunk spoiler installed, first of all there was a chip on the spoiler, the guy at the counter texted me and asked if I want them to go ahead and install it, I said we will get back to look at it soon. They went ahead and put it on anyway without my approval. Ok it didn't look bad initially but they didn't use adhesive on the corners of it so it was sticking up. I drive more than double the distance from my closest dealer to Clarksburg for sales and services because they have been the best VW/Audi dealership/service I have worked with. I have been a VW/Audi owner for many years and worked with various throughout the east coast. Clarksburg has been the most honest and professional.
Josh was a really nice and chill guy and we were able to test drive their last new a5 sportback pressure free, and he just let us take it out on our own. Instantly really liked it and it was a quick process back at the dealer again to pick it up a couple days later. They had a great dealer discount on it along with the audi discount this month as well. Thanks a bunch!
