Bought a 2016 Infiniti from Audi dealership in September 2021 could you believe in may my malfunction light came on and now they telling me I’m in need of a engine because my timing belt is broken 😡 and have pieces of metal in the oil pan. I’d like to share the terrible experience that my wife and I had today (4/23/22) with Brian Harris Audi of Baton Rouge. We arrived, and the sales guy (Eric) that we’d been speaking to met us at the door. He took us straight to the vehicle that we were there to look at, test drive, and possibly purchase.
