Bought a 2016 Infiniti from Audi dealership in September 2021 could you believe in may my malfunction light came on and now they telling me I’m in need of a engine because my timing belt is broken 😡 and have pieces of metal in the oil pan. Infiniti dealership said looks like the Audi dealership gave me a bad deal.
I’d like to share the terrible experience that my wife and I had today (4/23/22) with Brian Harris Audi of Baton Rouge. We arrived, and the sales guy (Eric) that we’d been speaking to met us at the door. He took us straight to the vehicle that we were there to look at, test drive, and possibly purchase. We took the vehicle for a test drive and when we arrived back at the dealership this young guy with a man bun walked up to the driver’s door side and asked if this was our vehicle, and my response was not yet. 4 trips to service and they still can't make the windshield squirters actually hit the windshield. Also, no masks during the pandemic. Horrible service on any day, but even worse while we try to avoid the virus. Buy elsewhere.
