be honest with your customers - very bad experience where I was quite frankly not told the truth putting it a nice way
There was horrible customer service at this site. We weren't greeted immediately like nearby dealerships we had attended earlier. The car that we test drove was dirty (exterior and interior). We could barely test drive the truck because there was so much bird droppings and dirt we could barely see. The sales man gave very little details on the truck and said very little while he took our information down to drive the car. All staff and service was super slow, except the Cashier 🤣🤣🤣 but I love Audi anyway!!
RecommendedI had a mostly pleasant experience insofar as staff friendliness & professionalism, the only drawback was a 3+ hour wait for oil change.
Try Improving Customer Service by leaps and bounds
If I could leave zero stars I would. I wanted to file a complaint until I realized that should be done if looking to resolve a dispute. Although our issue was resolved I wanted to take time out to share my experience. My fiance purchased, and took home a used audi a4 2017 which was previously driven in New York City area and we were told it was Certified Pre-Owned and we were told they wouldnt sell a car that isnt in excellent condition. Please please stay away. Do your homework, make sure they put everything in writing and please don’t listen to Boyd.
Poor customer service and no follow up from the Audi care team or management after almost 3 weeks of me presenting my concerns.
