Unfortunate because we love the car. But, the service at Arlington is miserable. We brought a car in for a basic check up. They had no loaners, kept our car for 6 days, called management and the ** and got NO responses back ever. They found an issue with the tires and rather than checking them by putting new tires on and testing, they required I buy new ones SO they could test. Regardless, terrible customer and car service. I would love to find the owner of this place. I assume they have no idea what a mess it is.
Wow. Such bait and switches. Are you open to doing a deal over the phone? "Oh yes, we do that all the time." Do you have the car still? "Yes, we have it available. When can you come in?" Is it a CPO car? "No, you don't want a CPO because it has most of its factory warranty left." Two days later: OK, let's make a deal. Absolutely unsatisfied with the integrity of this dealership. I was looking forward to writing a glowing review of the service provided by Audi of Arlington based on the communication provided by the sales representative Esther Nosa. I followed her advice and looked up my car value on KBB. Shared the values listed and asked if I could reasonably expect to receive an offer in that range if I made the drive up. 22 days car has been in shop. I bought it 29 days ago. Minimum efforts being made, zero consolation.

Client purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. After driving it some, client experienced an issue with the vehicle's functionality. Since the vehicle was under warranty, client can have repairs done for free at dealership that sells the same make vehicles. Don’t schedule an appointment for a car on internet with them. The price advertised will be changed by the time you will show up. They had the vehicle advertised online for $53,315. I submitted a request for the market price but instead got an email from their internet sales manager to schedule an appointment. At the time I went for my appointment, the price of the car was handwritten for a market adjustment of $11,388 totaling $64,703. So I just bought my first Audi (SQ5) two weeks ago and last week I dropped off my car at the Audi Service in Arlington VA. Next day went to pick up my car and as I was walking over to the service lane to pick up my car, a gentleman told me that he would pull up next to the curb outside of the pick up/drop off area and to meet him there. I put in a down payment for a car which was supposed to arrive Wednesday, in the process I asked if I could get a loaner car for the main time and I was told that can be arranged. The weekend came and I asked for a loaner car and they told me they didn't have any loaner car then I decided to be patient since I was supposed to receive the car last Wednesday.
