Just traded my ML 350 on a newer one at Criswell. John Morris (my sales consultant) and Alan Hannon (the sales manager) absolutely made things very pleasant. It took me FIVE days to make up my mind! They followed up randomly during the week and just made me feel at home. Please ask for them if you want to actually enjoy buying a car!!!
