Terrible dealer, from sales to service, go somewhere else (Rockville or Silver Spring). Sold me a lemon, literally. After repurchase, I got another one from Audi Rockville way below prices at Annapolis. Took the new one in for service and they were inept. You’ll save a lot of money and time elsewhere, trust me.

I bought my 2012 Audi A5 Convertible a few yrs ago from Criswell Audi. Lake sold me the car & Alan Hannon was the Sales Manager. I really havent had many issues at all, just a few minor ones. This is THE Audi dealer to go to in the DC & MD area for service. Only talk with Jerry Todd. No games, bait and switch etc. Jerry is the golden standard for service advisors. Zero bs.
