We did our homework and knew what we wanted to buy. Our salesman, Charles Maddox knew nothing about the cars and clearly made up non answers when asked questions. We purchased the A5 and took delivery on 12/31 with an explanation that we had to pick up someone at the airport. We showed at the agreed to time but he was on a test ride. Our car was not waiting for us and was not ready. We had to wait first for the car then the second set of keys then the registration and for him to put on tags.
