A complete gem. Came in had an issue was out with 15 min. Very nice and professional.
Every time I get my car back after having it serviced, there issue is either not fixed or there is a new issue. One of the techs even said "I tested it myself and everything feels fine". Immediately after i tested for the issue and is was still there just as bad as ever... I dont trust them to work on my car anymore. Edit: I have received some new info on these guys making some inexcusable mistakes. Turns out the issue is had with my fule pump flooding my back seat with gas is because these fools installed it upside-down... ... read more
I want to thank Micah and Anthony at Audi Ann Arbor for their patience and professionalism while I finally selected and bought my ideal car. After a couple of months of searching and looking at several brands and models, I settled on a black 2026 Audi SQ5. For the short time I've owned my new car it has been amazing, I'm very happy with my decision! The dealership has a very laid back atmosphere and everyone I met there was friendly and professional. Do not take your car here unless you want to be ripped off. An initial $3k estimate somehow ballooned into $15k 🤯 And even after all that they ended up breaking a plastic cover on the bottom of my car and refused to fix it. Never going here again!! The worst
