While my car was in for service for another matter, the technicians said that they performed complementary checks on my brakes, rotors, and other systems. They said that my brakes were low (4mm) and rotors delaminating. However, I had just had my brakes and rotors replaced less than 6 months earlier, and when I returned to the shop where this work was done, they showed me that the brakes and rotors are all like new. Excellent dealership with first class service department. Very prompt and friendly.
Be careful with purchasing from this dealer, the support after the sale is awful. The audi service department is rude and so is Audi America. I purchased a pre-owned certified Audi and had a hose freeze. I was told that if I was in a warmer climate this would not have happened. Morrison and Audi America said that hoses are not covered under their pre-owned certified warranty. When I noted that I live in AK, and it is cold up here all I was told is that they would "note my complaint", but that I still must pay. I was charged ... read more
