Manny, my sales advisor was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and provides exceptional customer services. He answered all inquiries and was very persistent along with being clear during the whole buying experience. Purchasing a new vehicle was quick and smooth. Really surprised by the other reviews. I have used them for service since they have opened and purchased two cars there as well. I have owned Audi's for 20 years and I have never had a better service or sales experience before Audi Wynnewood opened. Most of my neighborhood have Audi's as well and love the dealership as much as my wife and I do.
2nd car I bought from Holler, great experience, so different from being treated like trash at other Orlando dealerships.

Unfortunately, I have been dealing with Audi Wynnewood for the last couple of years. I have yet to make a service appointment in which my car was even seen on that day. Recently I brought my car in with a dead battery. It was four days before I had any idea of what was being done to my car. I was never contacted once to fill me on what the status of my car was, but I called every day and always received the same, " We're slammed right now and your car should be seen today, I'll call you and let you know what is going on".
