Unfortunately, I had a valve stem crack and break off of my back right wheel. My Audi Service Advisor Spenser...got me into the shop immediately and my Technician Arta troubleshot, and replaced the broken valve stem assembly associated with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The replaced parts were installed, the wheel was thoroughly cleaned, and the tire properly aligned and balanced.
