Be very careful when taking your car to Albany Audi for any type of service work, my wife recently took our 2023 Q7 in for service and it was returned to us with a good size dent and scratch on the hood. The damage was definetly not there when we dropped the car off, of course when questioned about it, the manager just denied that they did it.Very disappointed, will not return to Albany Audi.
