Update: it took you 2 months to reply to my review. 1. If you set a price i would’ve known from the beginning on how much i needed to pay and get at the ATM before the service started since you have a cash only policy, but that wasn’t the case. 2. I would give no stars if I could. I called on a Wednesday and told her husband, he's the only one that answers the phone and does her scheduling, that I wanted to make an appointment for my SON to get cornrows for Friday. Her husband told me to call back Friday morning to make an appointment for that day. I inquired about getting my hair done the day before my appointment and was told to come in to explain and show exactly what I wanted. I did—color, boho style, length, size—and even showed both an inspo picture and a past photo of myself with the same style. I also showed my hair length and repeatedly asked for a final price. She kept saying “$180 and up,” but never gave an exact amount. I don’t understand the point of coming in beforehand if you’re not going to provide a set price. I called to inquire about having basic cornrows done.However the individual who answered stated that if I get basic cornrows I must get an additional service such as adding hair to the cornrow.I was flabbergasted and I told them that I already have a wig that requires me just placing the wig on my head and do not need any other service but cornrows.They stated that it is the policy and mandatory to have additional work done.I would not recommend that is bad business practise and is very predatory.
