I inquired about getting my hair done the day before my appointment and was told to come in to explain and show exactly what I wanted. I did—color, boho style, length, size—and even showed both an inspo picture and a past photo of myself with the same style. I also showed my hair length and repeatedly asked for a final price. I called to inquire about having basic cornrows done.However the individual who answered stated that if I get basic cornrows I must get an additional service such as adding hair to the cornrow.I was flabbergasted and I told them that I already have a wig that requires me just placing the wig on my head and do not need any other service but cornrows.They stated that it is the policy and mandatory to have additional work done.I would not recommend that is bad business practise and is very predatory.

Over charged me for a shitty job on my hair. On the outside my hair look really good when in a ponytail but on the inside my hair is a mess. I have box braids and my boxes are different sizes. I suppose to have small box braids so my boxes are supposed to be small. Her husband is rude, he told me that they don’t do refunds. I was in desperate need of someone braiding my daughters hair after school. I was able to get a same day appointment here. There were two clients already in the chair when I called, and it was sort of late in the afternoon but they were so gracious to work her in. I was able to drop my daughter off and felt she was in safe arms. Of course she had to wait as there’s no way to truly gauge the braid time of their existing clients, but they kept us informed.
