I am new to Vancouver and had been on the hunt for a new stylist for months. On a whim, I booked an appointment with Maggie from M.Jane Hair Studios based just on her Instagram. I was nervous because so many salons in the past have made me feel less than since I didn't fit the desired aesthetic, but not Maggie. Not only has she made me feel comfortable at our appointments, but she actually listens and understands what your desired outcome is. She has made my hair dreams come true and made me feel seen and beautiful.
Elizabeth at Blade Craft is incredible! I'm older and my brows are a mess, (faded, super thin spots, grays that make them disappear on my face, etc.) Elizabeth was warm and welcoming, she listened, and she asked questions that easily guided me along the way. I was so comfortable with her. I wanted the results but I was worried about the process-the decisions most of all. I never felt overwhelmed.
