I should have done some research about this company. I bought 3 lots going to 2 years now, never received any deed or correspondence from them. When i reached out to them, going to a year now, they promised to refunded all my money but only 1 out of 3 after 6 months of back and forth. I found 2 addresses on this business - one is an abandoned store in Mesquite TX and the other is a UPS virtual office in Heath TX. Their phone numbers are not working anymore. I have been doing business with this company for a couple years now and I dont know what's going on with the company. I had credit with the company for another purchase I was making and the credit was $4925.00. I ended up making 5 purchases total for the credits I have with them for 5 properties I ended up purchasing. I ended up receiving 1 deed that I paid $755.76 and that's all.
