They sell cars without fixing them first. I bought a warranty because Shany pressured me into a car which the check engine light on. Called and text with pictures of a horrible oil leak that was getting oil on my tires. The alignment was dangerous and the transmission was skipping. He would not return my phone calls or listen to me at all about this in the car he said I had to wait for a month then it resulted in a single car collision. Came to them for a good used car when we got screwed over by someone else. Got great service at first but then found out the car had no heat and a few other mechanical issues. Then we found out they didn’t submit the info for the tag for the car. Tried to call and ask them about it. They either didn’t answer or they picked up but didn’t answer the phone (all we heard was talking in the background). I had a very easy and smooth experience while buying my car from Auction Direct. They have wonderful costumer service and were very helpful on everything! I’ve had a few people ask me where I got such a pretty car with lower mileage and a decent price for it as well!
