I have been a patient here for over 10+ years and I have no complaints. The staff is incredibly supportive and helpful.
Very nice office environment with the absolute worst most unethical staff. Please avoid this place. Our son was having trouble adjusting to a new school and Aucoin has done nothing to improve the situation. They misdiagnosed me as a narcissist without even analyzing me and they encouraged divorce in our 18 year marriage despite two moves, the death of two elderly parents, the loss of a job, new job and new city being Lafayette within the last two years - would destroy the best marriage and we just needed good solid counselin... read more

They listen! The staff is amazing and caring and beyond accommodating...each one of them. The receptionist, Destiny, changed the whole direction of my life with her kindness! And I mean that wholeheartedly. Without her gentleness and understanding, I wouldn't have called back. I may have given up altogether. The therapist, Ashli, is like a breath of fresh air...she actively listens, observes, and is 100% concerned with the overall well being of her patients. I’m giving two stars to be fair, Dr. Aucoin has taken excellent care of two of my family members and Milli has taken excellent care of both my mom and myself. I even chose to pay out of pocket when they quit taking insurance because I thought so highly of them. Unfortunately, I missed a call for a phone appointment because I was in my grandfathers funeral ceremony but I returned the call shortly afterwards to apologize as I thought this reason would be an understood excuse and exception to the rule.
