Excellent staff and service. Price much more reasonable than our usual dentist.
A great place to get state of the art dentistry at an affordable price
The staff are just amazing. Very friendly ladies at reception. You get a dedicated student in their final year assigned to you and everytime they finish a job they would have to get it double checked by senior dentists (years of experience with their own clinic) before they move onto the next task. Sometimes when a tooth is complex or needs more attention they would step in and help to show how it should be done. They are amazing and very patient. Whoever occupies the your phones or reception has poor customer service skills. Without even letting me complete sentences to explain why I was calling (because I had received a text to call in and make an appointment as someone had cancelled) she was rushing me to hang up. No consideration or care to explain properly at all.
I’ve had 4 visits with laura she’s honestly a game changer thank you for being gentle an kind I can’t imagine how nerve racking it is to work with a patient who is almost due to have a baby you done well an if I’m being honest my baby was quite content an happy to visit Laura compared to the midwife hahaha no discomfort no pain during our visits I actually fell asleep with a drill going in my mouth lol she’s very careful in her work since our visits I’ve felt a big difference an alot healthier thank you Laura an CONGRATULATI... read more
