Joe was timely..friendly..professional. he did his work and answered my questions. I felt comfortable with him in my home.
When you call, an AI chatbot answers. I had been looking into Auchinachie because they advertise as a family owned local business; one that uses AI as the first customer interface (instead of hiring local administrative staff) is such a turn off. I hung up and will be looking elsewhere.

Raven was an absolute pleasure to have at our home working on our plumbing situation we had an emergency situation with a tested pipe they got a same-day service and Raven was actually there before we were waiting on us it was very efficient got overdone even had something done which wasn't on the list that I just asked for off the fly and he gladly obliged. there should be more service technicians like Raven I hope a honey keeps a full list of people just like him he did an incredible job I'm so thankful that we've got him
