Had a great experience overall. Customer service was on point and the technician Richard Storms went out of his way to make sure we understood everything before committing and did amazing work! Would recommend to anyone looking for quality service and an overall amazing experience.

Todd was a friendly, experienced technician. He had an associate training with him (Dom) who was also very polite. Todd explained the condition of my A/C unit and gave me all the logical repair options. I'm never disappointed with the service crew from Auchinachie.
