I had Auchinachie in to service my ac. The price they charged for what they did seemed high, but I paid it because I lack expertise in costs of such work. Later, I spoke with several other companies and they all said that they could do the same work for about a quarter of the cost that Auchinachie charged me.

Just needed to mention that Auchinachie installed a Baxi heating system in my house in December 2012. I do not believe that I have had two days in a row since then that I haven't regretted it. Today was just another one of those days. My wife and I were trying to get ready to go to a doctor's appointment when my wife told me the water was just lukewarm with nothing except the hot water turned on. E119 code appeared in the window on the Baxi once again. I'm very familiar with E119 since it started showing up about four months... read more

I give Tom and Paul a Five Star rating as giving us great customer service and teaching us things we did not know. They were pleasant, accommodating, Prompt and did a great job taking care of our needs. Very pleased with their service. Love our water system and they have it back up an running like it should. Brad was our super hero of the day. He went above and beyond trying to get our 36 year old well water pump out. He was faced with one problem after the other and tackled them all. He was determined to get our old pump out and the new one in. With all the problems he faced it took a day longer than we had hoped, but in the end ....we have water. Thank you Brad and everyone at Auchinachie Plumbing. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

Simple job turned into wasted time! Two additional professional opinions later... problem solved! Those two other opinions matched exactly and completely contradicted Auchinachie's costly unnecessary and ridiculous solution. Their so called quote wasn't itemized to even remotely justify the cost. Warranty is a joke if your warranty costs that much there is a problem. Its nota warranty its insurance against future claims. Should be named AuCONachie. Auchinachie tech didn't even know what to do or how to do it 2 hours ... read more

Jeff and Josh did an excellent job today. Our Kinetico water softener and Baxi-Luna furnace needed attention and they fixed everything perfectly. They were polite and friendly as well.

On 2/26/15 I woke up to no water in the house. I checked the electrical system and indeed voltage was present for the well pump. Without looking further my conclusion was the well pump was dead. I called around for some estimates and had Auchinachie provide me with a quote. They quoted $3850 for new pump, fittings and labor. I agreed to the estimate even though I had lower estimates. On 2/28/15 Auchinachie arrived to begin the new pump install. They pulled the well head connector up and discovered it was frozen. This has nev... read more
