Good doctors, but will be closing down permanently from Wednesday 4 July. Doctors and patient records moving to Indooroopilly General Practice.
Long wait time. Had a 11am appointment didn't get to see doctor even after 45mins. No communication from the reception and no suggestions to reschedule. 10 to15mins wait is acceptable or at least communicate to patient waiting in line in the event of emergency or being held up. People may need to get back to work or be elsewhere.
An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Avoid.
The doctors are great! And so are the people behind the desk! waiting times can be a bit of a bummer, but its worth it, the doctors are all really good!! >>> just turn up a little earlier ;) works for me
