I understand Covid. I was even ok not letting me go back but when I called to say I was outside for our appt and couldnt wait in car they could have gotten my shepard mix into the air and had me wait outside. They knew he was in pain and a inside dog. Not everyone has a new car. Then the diagnoses was bad. Really bad. They bring him back out and leave us waiting to process payment for another twenty minutes in the heat. They know he’s dying. They know I’m upset. Handled extremely poorly.
Very compassionate! !!! I had to put my Neko down today, and I couldn’t have asked for a greater place to go, I was a wreck, obviously, and they treated me with such kindess that I will now only use them for my other cats. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!
dr chatam n staff are loving n caring best ever.always very gentle and take their time to answer any questions and concerns
We had to put our Spikey down. Dr. Chatham and his staff were so gentle and compassionate during this process. Several days later their staff sent us the most touching card. We want to thank you so much for your card and care. You mean so much!!! Thank you ,Ellison family
I have used them for about 20 years. Dr. Chatham & Dr. Jones(When she was there) always took excellent care and were very comforting during the rough times! They truly care about you and your pets!
Was not happy with care.they supposisly use an outside lab and charged me for it.then was told to use a dull screwdriver on cats teeth when I told them I couldn't afford to have them cleaned under surgery.what a wack place.nurses didn't know how to take blood work and my cat was so traumatized.he was so scared and so angry.I have never had that problem with my vet in Utah.charged me $240.big ripoff.
We have used Dr. Jones and Dr. Chatham's services for many years and have always been so pleased with their thoroughness, care and concern they have showed our furry family. The clinic and its staff are very nice and personable and treat our pets with great care whther it is annual check-ups or for illnesses. We lost two of our furry family within 6 months of each other (one to age/kidney failure and the other to cancer) and they were truly amazing to help us through that rough period. We moved out of Auburndale over 10 year... read more
