I went to Auburndale Dental to have two teeth removed. NONE of the staff introduced themselves! I understand and appreciate the lack of handshakes during this COVID period, but a “hi, I’m _______” is customary in a professional practice. There were three females: I didn’t know who was the doctor and who was the hygienist. A male doctor, who muttered few words, was very rough in removing my teeth. RecommendedI had two crowns put in at Auburndale Dental on August, 18, 2020. I am still cooing over them. I keep opening my mouth and looking at them in the mirror. Dr. Abood did all the work, including the two root canals. She is nothing short of amazing - highly skilled, personal and attentive. I am the most dental-phobic person on the planet; usually I start crying the minute I walk in the door, and because of that my teeth are a mess. Dr. Abood and the rest of the folks at Auburndale Dental are SO nice and understanding - and have done the most amazing work to counteract my years of neglect, without making me feel like a loser for it. They take the time to explain everything and work through all the crazy insurance stuff for me...they are the BEST !!
