My experience with the Auburndale Health Department/WIC Office has been terrible from the start. Back in Sept 2023 we welcomed our second beautiful babygirl who is special needs. She has Di George Syndrome plus 3 Cardiac Defects which has led to heart failure & needing open heart surgery to save her life. Horrible place staff don’t care about anyone, not the kids nor anyone. They didn’t provide me the card and the staff member one of them didn’t wanna help because she couldn’t be “late “ to lunch and she thought I didn’t understand English and was talking with the other staff memeber , about her not wanting to help because she had to go to lunch until I responded and I was like I need the card in English, and she like go take a seat and we’ll call you . What's the point in making a appointment if your waiting 4 hours? I tell them I can't wait no longer because my son has OT, speech, and PT he has to go to... her response is I don't know what to tell you.
