Everyone in this establishment, and I mean everyone was helpful. Building a greenhouse and they helped with so much important information. They were extremely patient and supportive. They went beyond their standards of helping. Now this is the customer service I’ve been looking for. Great stuff in this store.
If I could give zero stars I would! You don't treat your customers like they are morons when they come into your business seeking assistance! Getting smart with them is no way to run a business! Not everyone is a plumber so instead of being disrespectful and talking down to someone why not try to assist them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE OR SEEK ANY ADVICE!
