Wonderful office! Dr.Jeff is the best and answers all my questions and is so thorough! Nicole at the front is amazing!! She really cares about the patients and goes above and beyond to help patients! Nicole chased down some back ordered contacts for me and kept in touch during the process and followed through until they were delivered. Exceptional service!
Used to go here when I was a kid so I tried them again when I moved back to MA. Same great care I remember!
I had my exam done elsewhere but didn't like their frames collection so I tried this place near where I work. I was asked to make an appointment and come back which was a minor hassle but actually insured that I got a greater level of care and attention and was able to make a more informed choice (no other customers competing for help!). I thought I would get 4.9-star service based on their reviews, but what I actually received was zero-star service. Medical Care: I found the medical staff, Jeff Cohn, to be extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Received NO clear medical explanations regarding concerns, and the communication was dismissive and lacked the basic courtesy I expected from a specialist. I have been a patient of this office since over 15 years. Dr Jeff is a very patient, kind and compassionate Eye Doctor. This office has latest equipment to diagnose all major issues related to vision. Staff is very helpful. They accept all major insurances and appointments are easier to get. I highly recommend Auburn Eye Associates.
