I purchased a 2021 BMW M340i from this dealer on Feb 26, 2025. And it's 1.5 months later and I'm still dealing with their incompetence. Like all dealers, they are attentive and prompt before the sale, but once they get their money, you're left in the dirt. I had 3 main issues: 1. A bunch of features in the instrument cluster were not working - There were 2 physical buttons on the steering wheel that did not do work, the mileage/mpg system did not work, and the central display area was completely blank, which should have show... read more
