You can’t even do a simple job like an oil change right. This is concerning Comment from guys changing oil today — AT TIME OF SERVICE OIL FILTER HOUSING WAS DOUBLE GASKETED WITH ONE INTACT SEAL AND A TORN PARTIAL SEAL STILL ATTACHED. DRAIN PLUG WAS VERY HARD TO REMOVE AND SHOWS SIGNS OF OVER TIGHTENING, REPLACED CRUSH WASHER AND TAMPER SEALED.

Our time at Auburn VW was truly wonderful! We brought our two little ones along. The waiting area has a great spot for them to play while we wait. Our sales rep, Jamari, was incredibly patient with us. He was also super responsive from the moment I contacted him, so I could get a look at the vehicle as soon as possible. He worked hard with us to help us find a price that we were happy with. We’re so happy with our vehicle purchase and the excellent customer service we received. Thanks a bunch, Jamari!
Very disappointing experience. My car was not serviced as paid for. I will not be recommending Bud Clary to anyone.
