It was a nostalgic purchase to create a modern-day tribute to Herbie the Love Bug. My son has loved Herbie since he was five years old, and now he has a five-year-old son of his own. I bought a car here 2 years ago and have kept calling to get my paperwork resent to me as I have moved and misplaced it ive called them multiple times and one time they said they would call me back because they are "working a deal" the other time the sales man told me he was gonna hand his manager a note personally so he can call me back, once they get the sale they dont care about their customers I had a good experience buying this car and WAS gonna buy from them again in the future but now im not to sure
Tay and Gary made this one of the easiest dealership transactions I've ever had. Tay was an outstanding sales consultant, and Gary was great to work with as well. The process was transparent, low-pressure, and refreshingly free of the typical dealership games. Pricing was excellent, upselling was minimal, and customer service was top-notch. Most importantly, we ended up with the right car for us. Highly recommended.
The Staff here was amazing and Rodney is super personable. Unfortunate we couldn’t come to an agreement on a car but, I appreciate how much they were willing to work on it with me. Great environment!
Don’t do business here. I bought a car from them for 25k and needed to sell it back when I took it to them they wanted it for $16k while the car was only driven 2k miles since purchase time. Then I sold it to carMAx for 21.4k.
