Always horrible service here. Showed up for my appointment for an oil change and they don't have an oil filter for my car. Said they will order one now that I'm here and start the oil change after it is delivered. They said it might be done in 3 hours. 3 hours for an oil change, maybe longer? With and appointment? Go anywhere besides this place.
I had a great experience Rodney was able to help me as soon as I walked in with no appointment and took care of my Mom and I. If I could buy a car everyday it would always be from Rodney felt like I knew him for forever and thank you for being so patient not once did I feel pressured! Also can’t forget Darryal for working his magic with getting us a deal and helping with financing no matter what it took or how long it took. Thank you Rodney and Darryal so much! Also sorry for taking so long to write a review!
Be careful when purchasing a vehicle from this place. Online they claim that they do a 137 point inspection before a used car reaches their lot. "Every used vehicle is inspected by a factory trained tech before it reaches their lot". Well, obviously not. While driving the car once purchased the alignment wasn't to my liking (buying a used car it's just my preference) took it to a tire place to have an alignment done only to discover that the car had a bent rim that had to be replaced so that the tire would last and not wear ... read more
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. My GAP coverage was canceled without my request or authorization, and no one is taking responsibility. Conflicting information, poor follow-up, and a lack of transparency have caused me serious financial loss and significant stress. Based on my personal experience, I have completely lost trust in this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone.
