We're planning to get a new vehicle next month. I was really leaning towards a new VW SUV, but based on my poor experiences at the Kirkland and Auburn VW service departments for repairs on my current VW over the last 6 years, I refuse to get another one. They hold your vehicle for triple the amount of time they tell you, no updates, you have to call for your updates, and of course no loaner vehicles.
Really cool experience, I found the SUV I was looking for and Jimmy made the whole process super easy and fun!
Santiago was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful and made it his mission to make sure I was a happy customer. He was very welcoming and made me feel like family, right at home. Thank you Santiago and VW team!
I had the brake system on my 2016 GTI SE serviced (i.e. all existing brake fluid flushed from the system, replaced with new fluid and the brakes bled). From past experience, I know that it normally takes about two hours to complete, but somehow the guys managed to get it done in a little over an hour. So a gold star for the technicians and staff at Auburn Volkswagen. : )
My volkswagen beetle had a transmission flush done to it and upon picking it up when putting it into gear, makes a very loud clunk sound that it did not have before. I'm not too sure that things were done properly, as I will have to take to another dealer to assess this situation. The service writer never told me of anything of such when I called to speak with them on the vehicle, before I picked it up, nore when I picked it up looking at my paperwork of the bill, I see a note down there.
