Drove 40 minutes told car would be out front to see. Salesman left for the day before arrival, nowhere to be found. Car not pulled up. Awful
Worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid Bud Clary Volkswagen at all costs. I brought my VW Atlas in for a simple oil change and was overcharged for work that wasn’t even done. Less than 24 hours later, my car was throwing a low oil pressure warning and leaking oil everywhere because the job was not completed properly. Went in to look at a wrangler, Eduardo was great. Wrangler had issues (burning oil, brake shudder, shook while driving). Tried to talk with sales manager, literally yelled at me that its pads and his excuse for the oil..."what 2009 jeep do you know that doesn't burn oil?" I have a bit of experience with this platform of jeep, this had issues and sales manager wants to yell instead of talk business. Only getting two stars cause salesman was great.
