On second thought I would give auburn village a one star the man they have fixing things is awful doesn't know how to fix things I could of done it myself he also has bad body order my duplex smells bad every time he comes over tent is really high for what you get manager just trying to make the commission all they care about is money water bill is split between tenants so you never no what you are going to pay and they do not take care of the elderly raised rent once a year like 75 dollars not worth it I moved out of state ... read more

I've lived here for 5 years nice duplex but nothing is ever fixed when asked .the new mataince man does not no how to fix a thing
