I will never go back to this hospital again. Their communication is awful, they charged me thousands of dollars on tests the primary vet had already done, and they gave me no real answers. Long version: My cat had been having loose stool with blood in it since I adopted him. I was working with my primary vet to try different medicines, diets, ultrasounds, tests, etc. Eventually they referred me here for discussion of a fecal transplant. They have terrible communication skills. they say they’ll call with updates and never do. also i requested multiple times an ultra sound be done on my cat. dr wu denied multiple times telling me it’s unnecessary bc she did x rays and radiographs saying there’s nothing an ultrasound will do that those don’t, which is completely false bc all 3 help with different things.
