Hidden fees, Overpriced, rude front desk worker (2 separate occasions), unbelievably slow. Suggested alternative for emergency: Carriage Hills Emergency in Montgomery is wonderful. Been several times and they are so great.

My girl Ellie was very very sick and stayed 3 days EVERYBODY was absolutely the nicest, sweetest ,most caring place and I know Ellie was in good hands. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to take her back if she was in need
